We strongly believe that every bit of information should be disseminated on-time and with absolute clarity. Lack of clear communication and information can seriously affect the logical conclusion of any project.

As part of our operating procedures, Vana’s offshore manager constantly liaises with the client side project manager. Bi-weekly reports, along with all relevant project documents are delivered after each milestone. In addition, a unique project portal is available online for constant monitoring, tracking of project documents, artifacts, feedback, discussion boards, and issue lists.

Vana also employs a local client advocate who periodically follows up with clients for the ultimate proof of quality – true customer satisfaction.
